This unique property has over 8200 square feet, plus a total of 12 bedrooms - each with its own private bathroom and shower, plus 2 additional half-baths. The entire rustic lodge is available for rent and will sleep up to 34 people. Besides the large party bar area off of the living room, the outdoor patio can be used for your reception, BBQ or outdoor party needs. The Routt National Forest is out your front door for miles of hiking, nordic skiing or snowshoeing. Snowmobiling areas are close by and parking for your vehicles is available. In summer, the Haymaker Golf Course and Haybale Restaurant are 5 minutes away. Its up to you to choose the degree of relaxation or activity in this magical wooded location.
